ART is the most magical form of communication. Without even trying we are instantly transported to our deepest longings as soon as we put brush to paper or canvas. A DIVINE LANGUAGE.

I AM NOW OFFERING SOMETHING NEW

It has been fermenting and developing over my entire lifetime, through major upheavals and emotional trauma; just like so many of you. Events that have felt as if I was being punished, that have brought me to my knees and also events that have been incredibly blissful.

I have come to realise that these threads have all been leading me to this moment where I pull them all together and start weaving a new story.

ANCESTRAL THREADS is for you if you have felt confused as to the point and purpose of your life. It brings and offers:

  1. Deep listening and ways to recover from the heavy burdens of disappointment and sadness.

  2. Connecting to your own still and silent presence that brings relief from the fear that you are not and never can be enough and that you don’t measure up to either yourself or anyone else.

  3. A connection to your ancestors and the unseen threads that weave themselves through and into your life. Discovering the gold that lies just under the surface and brings your life back into focus and joyful living.

  4. Support for your sacred and creative self which is calling you to create and bring beauty into the world.

  5. Trust in the process of life and the journey you are on. Perceiving how incredible forces have been working behind the scenes as you are connected more deeply to your unique and magical self.

The sessions include:

A short meditation and rune casting. Both for the group and also individually.

Connecting to our own power and light through a ritual and exploration of the energy presenting that day.

Time to create/paint from the inspiration of the thoughts feelings that arise and also with prompts and guides on how to access that ( if required but not mandatory )

Connecting to ancestors and patterns. Finding your story,

Learning to feel the energy that you are embodying so that you can use it with more awareness in your work.

The group will be limited and small so that everyone gets individual attention and will be first come first served basis.
